A 3,400-square-foot biophilic quiet luxury residence, the home reveals itself through thousands of carefully considered decisions, creating an environment that feels refined, intentional, and deeply connected to its surroundings. Natural limestone flooring grounds the first level, while a dramatic staircase rises through the home beneath a Bocci 14 Series chandelier, creating a striking architectural centerpiece. Every room is illuminated by carefully selected designer fixtures, including pieces by Kelly Wearstler, Paloma Contreras, Aerin, Arteriors Home, Bocci, and Silvio Mondino Studio. Throughout the residence, custom materials, architectural details, and carefully curated finishes create a home that feels cohesive, layered, and highly intentional.

Designed for both professional performance and everyday enjoyment, the kitchen features a 60-inch American Range, floor-to-ceiling custom cabinetry, travertine countertops, a Jenn-Air Pro refrigerator with custom paneling, MGS faucets, and Lincoln aluminum-clad windows. Above the dining area, a custom Silvio Mondino Studio suspension chandelier transforms everyday dining into an elevated experience.

The primary suite is anchored by a dramatic 14-foot custom triangle window that frames natural light in a uniquely architectural way, creating a retreat unlike any other. Appointed with the Gessi Anello collection throughout, the primary bath delivers a spa-inspired experience with luxury fixtures and thoughtful design.
